Please choose your ship date carefully. Make sure it is the proper time to plant in your area. We cannot adjust your ship dates for shipping outside of our posted shipping window.
PLEASE DON'T REFUSE DELIVERY. Open the box immediately to determine if there is any damage to the plants. If plants arrive damaged, please contact us by phone at 1.888.266.4370 or email within 48 HOURS OF ARRIVAL, so we can make a note in your file. If there is some plant damage, please give the plant a chance to recover. Most plants recover quickly. If you believe there is considerable damage, let us know immediately and we'll be glad to take steps to make it right.
Non-plant items ship separately from plants via USPS.Returned Merchandise:
A gift card or refund will be issued for the original purchase price within 30 days of receiving merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition and returned at your expense.
